Oswego Ties Ithaca In Double OT

Oswego, N.Y. – Oswego Men’s Soccer finished Tuesday’s game against Ithaca with their third tie of the season, this one being a 0-0 final score. Oswego’s defense was phenomenal for all 100 minutes of action and Brian Terra did a fantastic job in net, racking up five saves.

Oswego outshot Ithaca 6-2 in the first half, with the best chance coming from Derek Rivera when the freshman hit the post.
Ithaca outshot Oswego 6-4 in the second half as the Bombers dominated possession and barely missed high numerous times.

Kyle Genrich, Ryan Contreras and Ryan Young each contributed one shot on goal for Oswego as the Lakers applied some pressure on the Ithaca goalkeeper.

Oswego Men’s Soccer takes the field next Saturday, September 18th at Misericordia at 5:00 to kick off a five game road trip.
