What Does This Position Do?
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Director (DEIB) Director is responsible for developing new diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies, as well as creating diversity training programs for employees. The DEIB Director is also responsible for mediating and suggesting solutions to disputes within members of the organization.
