What Does This Position Do?

The General Manager is the chairperson of the E-board and is responsible for the conduct of station personnel when such conduct bears on the interest of the station. The General Manager is responsible for enforcing the constitution and ensuring all station departments are coordinated and operating efficiently. The General Manager also acts as the human resource department, aiding in resolving conflicts with station personnel.
